- Safety & Standards: Promote and uphold safe working practices, ensuring adherence to 5S and maintaining good housekeeping.
- Team Management & Development: Supervise, coach, and develop Apprentices and team members, managing performance, training, and career progression.
- Communication & Collaboration: Foster effective team communication, liaise with key stakeholders, and build constructive relationships with 3rd party contractors.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure proper resource allocation, support process improvements, conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues, and provide escalation support.
- Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities: Work with the Technical Manager on future strategies, act as a role model for professional conduct, and ensure team members have the necessary tools for success.Â
- Previous experience in Senior Maintenance position would be beneficial
