We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to strengthen our health and safety practices and support our commitment to excellence by stepping into the role of QHSE Administrator. 

Key Responsibilities of the successful QHSE Administrator:

  • Assist in developing and implementing the Health & Safety Management System (HSMS) and ensuring compliance with ISO 45001.
  • Internal Auditing
  • Update health and safety policies, SOPs, and employee training programs.
  • Oversee fire safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and act as the site’s fire marshal.
  • Collaborate with engineers to maintain up-to-date health and safety equipment.
  • Manage and maintain health and safety records, document incidents, and lead investigations.
  • Stay updated on HSE regulations, prepare compliance reports, and assist with legal matters.
  • Support the development of training programs and ensure proper education for all employees.
  • Investigate and report on workplace incidents thoroughly and effectively.
  • Organise lockers and PPE for new team members and visitors, and liaise with pest control to ensure proper procedures are in place.

Requirements of the successful QHSE Administrator: 
A proactive and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about fostering a safe and positive work environment. This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen understanding of health and safety standards, and the drive to make a real impact.
Nebosh Qualifications and experience in a food background are preferred but not compulsory.
