As an Interim  HR Business Partner, you’ll inspire and support a talented Generalist HR Team while working with managers and colleagues to grow people and organizational capability at our busy Manufacturing site.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead & Inspire: Coach, develop, and motivate your HR team to achieve their goals.
- Partner & Advise: Build strong relationships with managers and colleagues, offering expert HR advice they can count on.
- Handle ER Like a Pro: Support employee relations cases and ensure fairness across the board.
- Drive Change: Lead improvement programs that make a difference for people and the business.
- Shape Strategy: Help deliver the annual HR plan for the site and contribute to the group HR strategy.
- Upskill & Develop: Deliver quality training and development initiatives that help people thrive.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use HR data to inform actions and show real impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- CIPD Level 5 – Do you have the quals ?
- ER Know-How – Advanced employee relations knowledge.
- Leadership Skills – You’ve led a team and know how to inspire others.
- FMCG Experience – ideally you have thrived in a fast-paced, busy manufacturing environment.
- Training Wizardry – You’ve delivered learning programs that make a difference.
- Data Enthusiast – You’re comfortable using numbers to back decisions.
