Health & Safety Systems Administrator 

If spreadsheets, safety checklists, and teamwork light up your world, we’ve got just the job for you! Join the Operations team as a Health & Safety Systems Administrator and play a key role in keeping the workplace safe, efficient, and audit-ready in a friendly busy manufacturing environment.

 Working Hours: 28 hours per week over 4 or 5 days – you decide!
 Location: A mix of office and factory environments 

What You’ll Be Up To:

Risk Assessments & SOP 

  • Create, review, and maintain risk assessments and standard operating procedures like the organizational wizard you are.
  • Keep us audit-ready by collating and maintaining COSHH files and electronic records like a pro.

 Admin Extraordinaire

  • Support internal communications, education initiatives, and other vital admin tasks.
  • Support other admin roles when needed – 

 Health & Safety 

  • Be a champion of safety protocols, ensuring everyone follows the rules and procedures (contractors included!).
  • Contribute to a culture of safety by leading by example and challenging unsafe behaviors.

What We’re Looking For:

A Good Communicator : Comfortable chatting with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers alike.
Factory & Office Pro: Confidence to switch seamlessly between the factory floor and office duties.
Audits: Experience in auditing (bonus points for food manufacturing) and a year or more under your belt.
Detail : Deadline-driven, independent, and meticulous – no detail is too small for you!

 Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills are a must; SAP knowledge desirable
