An opportunity has arisen for an Admin Assistant based in Launceston on a temporary basis to cover absence and holiday cover.
Joining a small team you will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting the public
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails
- Dealing with enquires and passing on as appropriate
- Diary Management and maintaining the Booking system
- Providing general admin support for various departments in the company
We are seeking someone with proficient IT Skills, excellent customer service, organisational and admin skills
This role is required ASAP, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (can provide flexible start and finish times to suit)
12.85 per hour
Weekly Pay
