Management Accountant
SF Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a growing SME business in Leamington Spa in the recruitment of a Management Accountant.

We are seeking a part qualified or qualified accountant who can undertake a brand new role to drive outputs and performance.

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, the successful candidate will supervise/mentor and develop a small team and be involved with business partnering across 5 sites in the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic business.

  • Manage the monthly reporting process to ensure that trading reports are produced on a timely and accurate basis, including a review of the balance sheets for each business
  • Keep the cash flow forecasts up to date and identify and report in advance any cash flow blips that require or are likely to require funding
  • Ensure debtors and creditors are effectively managed throughout the business, most notably for trade debtors and trade creditors
  • Identify opportunities for improved cost control and efficiencies in each business as we seek to maximise profit from each company
  • Assist the Finance Director and Group Finance Manager in the management of company cash flow through effective management of all working capital accounts
  • Supervision of a small team
