Description

  • Covering accounts payable and receivables
  • Assist with financial and tax audits
  • Prepare and review budgets, revenue, expenses, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents
  • Conduct regular ledger processes
  • Analyse and review budgets and expenditures for company projects
  • Assist in month-end tasks and prepare monthly closings
  • Ensure compliance with organisational accounting standards and regulations
  • Compile and analyse financial information to prepare entries to accounts
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
