We are currently seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our client's dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to drive business growth and maintain excellent client relationships.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and outbound marketing.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for upselling.
  • Travel regularly across the UK to meet with potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to a range of audiences, including senior executives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the market, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development or a similar sales role.
  • Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to travel regularly across the UK.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to track and manage client interactions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
