Are you a Mortgage Advisor who wants to be employed and the opportunity to grow a new mortgage advice service offering with the ability to earn uncapped commission/bonuses, as part of a wealth management business, with warm leads and expand the business long-term?

In this role you will provide full mortgage advisory services to clients wanting to buy new houses as well as some commercial opportunities, work from a property developer's offices in Leamington Spa, manage leads from the wealth business and generate leads to grow the business across buy to let, commercial property, personal purchases and manage all the documentation for clients through the process.
The ideal candidate is a Mortgage Advisor, wanting to be employed and have the potential to earn uncapped commissions, providing mortgage advisory services to a range of clients and wants to grow a business and build a team around themselves to become a future leader across the wider business.
THE ROLE:
- Providing Mortgage Advice to clients
- Ensure high quality service to portfolio of clients.
- Grow services offered to portfolio and grow the size of the portfolio.
- Meet all compliance standards.
THE PERSON:
- CeMap or Certificate Mortgage Advice.
- Stand-alone or as part of a Mortgage advisory establishment.
- Wanting base salary and ear uncapped commission
- Based near or commutable to Leamington Spa
