Our leading financial services client is recruiting for a highly accomplished, hands on Midlands based PMO Lead for a long term contract, to join a thriving PMO team based in Warwickshire and help to support the setup of the Centre of Excellence.
We are looking for a PMO Lead with financial services experience and an Agile mindset and methodology, who is flexible, and has excellent communication skills.
Role:
- Creation of governance and steer co packs, attending forums and steer co's, being present and capturing accurate actions and minutes as needed
- Leading change control process for a complex programme
- Support on producing a business continuity model on all critical activities within role, develop a resilience model aligned to the central EPMO team
Essential experience:
- Extensive experience in a SeniorPMOanalyst/lead ole, confident in all aspects of PPM including leadingPMOanalysts
- Confident in presentation and analysis of data across milestones, risks and overall 'programme' information by release with ability to join the complex threads of narrative
- ability to think through and create options for decisions
- Financial Services sector experience
- Matrix Management
- Microsoft Office Skills (Excel etc) including MSP
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills for junior analysts
- Strong Communication Skills
- Attention To Detail
- Experience of tailoring frameworks
