This role sits within our Private Sector FM business division that provides catering, cleaning, hard services, pest control, and security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Business & Industry market.

About The Role:

Days Working: Monday to Friday

As Collaborative Host, you will be the main point of contact for the internal and OCS Estates Management team to ensure an efficient facilities management service is provided to our client.

Shift Pattern: 07:00am to 15:00pm (37.5 hours per week)

You will be responsible for:

  • Setting and maintaining high standards so that internal/external customer experience is consistently exceeded.
  • Ownership for the experience encountered by JLR users (visitors, contractors and JLR employees).
  • Ensuring the zone areas are presented to the highest standard by carrying out daily walks, reporting any defects, areas are to be fully functional to allow customers to carry out meetings.
  • Respond to enquires in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve service, performance, and/or safety.
  • Manage and control stationary inventory

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Knowledge and understanding of COSHH and Health and Safety in the workplace
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and are highly organised
  • Strong experience in front of house or customer service environment providing high levels of service to end users.
  • Right to work in the UK
