You will schedule engineering work, resolve customer issues, conduct customer visits, mentor staff, manage and conduct sales, manage quality issues.In addition, this role offers excellent earning potential through an uncapped commission-based bonus.The Role

  • Managing a team up to 36 headcount.
  • Support machine sales and deliver engineering sales.
  • Supporting engineers with customer issues.
  • Visiting customers and resolving issues.
  • Compiling reports to resolve issues.
  • Scheduling workloads.
  • Mentoring staff.
  • Arranging staff training.

The person

  • Service Manager/ Customer Support Manager/ Fleet Manager / Operations Manager/ Workshop Manager or similar backgrounds all considered
  • Experience overseeing either field-based Technicians, Engineers or Fitters would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of commercial principles.
  • High level of customer support and engagement.
  • Engineering background is beneficial.
  • Full UK Driving License with no more than 6 points.
