Job role: Groundworker
Job type: Temporary - 5 months
Location: Leamington Spa
Pay: £18 - £20ph - you must have your own van
We are delighted to confirm that we are currently seeking a Temporary Grounds Worker to join our clients team. We are looking for a Ground Worker to operate in and around the Leamington Spa, Stratford Upon Avon, Coventry and surrounding areas for 5 months to cover long term sickness.
The candidate must have own van Must have no more than 5 points max on their full UK driving licence Must not have been banned from driving in past 5 years Must be able to pass a clear Basic DBS check Must have RTW in the UK for the duration of the temporary assignment.
What you'll need:
- You should have experience within a similar role, ideally from within a Residential/Housing sector.
- You should have experience in ground work cat and genny
- Must have experience in covering a number of trades and was management
- Ideally a qualificartion of NVQ level 2 OR have a minimum of 3 years experience within the industry.
- Have your own van
You must have experience in the following:
- Brickwork
- Drainage i.e. French and acco
- Fencing repairs and replacing
- Concreting
- Paving and slabbing
- Cat and genny
This is a full time role, working 40 Hours per week.
Due to the requirement to travel, you must hold a full UK and current driving licence and have your own van.
This role is subject to a satisfactory qualifications check and a basic disclosure.
