I am looking for a Ground worker in the Stratford upon avon area working for a highly established Housing Association on a temp 2 perm contract

The Ground worker must have experience doing the following:

Fencing
slabbing
paving
minor bricklaying
Drainage

I am looking to speak to a Grounds Worker who:

Has experience working on social housing contracts
Has a full UK driving license
Has a clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)
Own van needed

In return, the Grounds Worker will receive:

£22.50 per hour
40 hours per week on a long term contract
Permanent position on offer after 12 weeks
