Description:
A well established and successful Solicitors with offices across the UK, are seeking a Legal Administrator to join their busy Conveyancing team to provide full support to the Conveyancing department to enable the team to operate efficiently.
Duties:
- Prepare correspondence using a case management system
- Deal with clients both on the telephone and in person
- Use filing systems to the open, close, store and retrieve client files
- Maintain good relationship with new business introducers
- Guide clients with the initial first steps of their move
- Associated administration
Key Skills/Experience:
- Ideally have some administration experience within residential conveyancing
- Possess a high level of accuracy
- Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm
- Be highly organised, methodical and adaptable
