We are excited to work with a global business who is recruiting for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join their team in Leamington Spa.

This position would suit a customer centric professional who enjoys dealing with a loyal customer base. This is a busy role where you will coordinate the day to day needs of a high value national customer base whilst providing administrative support to the Sales Director.

The role

  • Acting as the middle person between customers and suppliers coordinating their day-to-day needs
  • Working closely with the manufacturing team, getting real time updates on production of goods
  • Supporting the Sales Director with booking appointments, administration, pricing, service needs and more
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all phone calls and emails
  • Processing purchase orders and sales invoices
  • Liaising with suppliers for current pricing and product specification data sheets
  • Meticulous attention to detail is integral, specifically around artwork submission/sign off
  • Delivering world class customer service at all times
  • Preparing and sending samples to customers
  • Generating customer POs
  • Use of SAP daily
  • Order processing
  • Updating customers on deliveries/ logistics
  • Managing all administration relating to complaints and escalating them accordingly
  • Identifying customer buying signals, sharing these with the Sales Director

The candidate

  • Experience in a Sales Administration, Account Manager or a Coordinator role is desirable but not essential
  • Able to work with real time business changes
  • Attention to detail is integral with the ability to multitask
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous experience using SAP preferred
  • A problem solver with the ability to come up with solutions
  • Positive outlook coupled with an eagerness to learn
  • Happy to work from the office
