We are  seeking a highly organised and dynamic Executive Assistant on behalf of our esteemed client. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension, based in Leamington Spa. The role demands a professional who is proficient in PowerPoint and possesses exceptional presentation skills, to support senior management effectively. This is a full time role, fully office based 

This is an office based, full time role. Initially a 6 month fixed term contract - there is potential for extension.

Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Design and maintain databases.
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
  • Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents.
  • Manage and maintain executive offices, equipment, and supplies.
  • Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications.
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
  • Interact with external clients.
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
