We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our client's team in Leamington. The successful candidate will support the Director in delivering advice and services to our corporate clients.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Understand and articulate the Director's requirements, raising any concerns as needed.
  • Prepare for client meetings by identifying relevant issues in advance and conducting necessary research.
  • Attend selected client meetings alongside the Director, ensuring all agreed actions are completed.
  • Complete follow-up actions from meetings to maintain continuity and effectiveness.
  • Research the marketplace for corporate pensions and risk benefits solutions.
  • Prepare clear and compliant recommendation reports.
  • Draft necessary communications for both employers and employees.
  • Develop and enhance existing client relationships to ensure a robust network.
  • Manage workflow effectively to ensure timely delivery and responsiveness to client needs.
  • Respond promptly to client queries and issues, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain continuous communication with the Director to ensure alignment and efficiency throughout all processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in an employee benefits or corporate support role.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, capable of staying focused under pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Highly numerate and analytical with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient IT skills.
