Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, prioritise appointments, and coordinate schedules to align with executive priorities.
  • Handle communications with professionalism, draft correspondence, and maintain accuracy in all interactions.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparing documents, managing expenses, and organising files.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted point of contact for inquiries and issues.
  • Organise seamless travel arrangements and itineraries tailored to executive preferences.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Approach challenges with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset, adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, delivering high-quality results efficiently and consistently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
