Role Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service and proactive financial advice
  • Reviewing and finalising accounts, tax returns, and management reports
  • Building strong client relationships, acting as their key point of contact for accounting and business advice
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members, supporting their development
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance client services, ensuring clients receive the best financial and tax planning solutions
  • Collaborating with the senior leadership team to improve processes and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy
  • Staying up to date with changes in tax and accounting regulations to ensure compliance and best practice

Candidate Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with experience in an accountancy practice
  • Strong experience in client management, with excellent relationship-building skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and business advisory
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation, tax, and business advisory services
  • A commercial mindset, able to identify growth opportunities for both clients and the firm
