Your new roleJob Title: Attendance OfficerLocation:Leamington, Secondary SchoolJob Description:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Attendance Officer to join our secondary school in Leamington. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving student attendance, ensuring that all students have the best opportunity to succeed.Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track student attendance daily.
  • Identify and address patterns of absenteeism.
  • Communicate with parents and carers regarding attendance issues.
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to promote good attendance.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and prepare reports as required.
  • Liaise with external agencies when necessary to support student attendance.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of attendance policies and strategies.

Requirements:
