Business Change Lead (2 days onsite/Inside ir35)
Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)
Location: Warwickshire/Hybrid
I am seeking a Business Change Lead for a growing cyber programme. Join a team with six ongoing projects, helping drive change and innovation within a regulated environment.
Role Highlights:

- Diverse Responsibilities: You'll shape and implement change initiatives, focusing on training, people, and processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Be an advocate for change, with strong communication skills to engage and influence a range of stakeholders.
- Governance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to change frameworks and report effectively
- IT Experience Preferred: A background in IT would be beneficial, though not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in change management
- Familiarity with governance and change frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management skills
