Hygiene Operative

Quest Employment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in the CV33 area for a Hygiene Operative. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and reliable individual to join a thriving team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of all equipment, machinery, work surfaces, walls, barriers, ceilings, and tools.
• Carry out deep cleaning of packing machinery.
• Conduct regular inspections of the packing area.
• Safely handle chemicals and cleaning equipment.
• Properly dispose of waste materials and by-products in accordance with company policies.
• Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and housekeeping.
• Ensure hygiene activities comply with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain and manage audit and hygiene schedules accurately.
• Ensure the site meets stringent BRC and customer standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor and manage hygiene-related documentation and records.

Working Days:
Monday to Friday, with the possibility of overtime on Saturdays. Some tasks will need to be completed over the weekend once work is finished.

Pay Rate:
£12.00 - £15.36 per hour
