Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the venue, ensuring excellent customer service is consistently delivered
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff
  • Assist in managing stock, orders, and deliveries
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Support the management team with recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Ensure the venue operates efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation


About You:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or casual dining industry
  • A strong leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve results
  • Good understanding of food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations
