- Greet customers and verify their details, clerical tasks such as management of appointment bookings, dealing with queries and managing the mailbox, recording clear and accurate medical notes
- Maintain quality of service delivery by following Standard Operating Procedures and following health and safety standards
- Good time management working in date order and prioritising to meet deadlines such as customer reports sent within desired time frame and effective management of abnormal results
- All customers have the correct paperwork to support their visit – appointment packs (where applicable), clinical file preparation and consent forms
- Order and maintain adequate stock of requisite materials needed to deliver services
- Work with wider healthcare professionals to escalate queries and signposting into other healthcare services
