An all encompassing HR role where the successful candidate will be leading the function this is a brilliant opportunity for a well established HR leader. Responsibilities: - Lead and develop the HR agenda ensuring this at the forefront of activity for the organisation- Oversee the HR team, managing their performance and driving standards of conduct- Supervise the Payroll function in it's entirety - Manage all HR policies and procedures- Advise senior leadership on HR processes and proceduresSkills: - Proven experience in an HR leadership position- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally- Strong stakeholder management skills- CIPD Level 7 - Experience in the education sector
