Anderselite is working with a sector-specialist practice in Warwickshire that, due to a strong project pipeline and continued success, is looking for talented and experienced Middleweight Interior Designers with expertise in the leisure sector.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop innovative design solutions that align with client goals and aspirations.
- Approach creative problem-solving holistically, considering more than just aesthetics, and effectively communicate ideas to the team.
- Support and mentor junior team members by sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of UK experience working on commercial projects (leisure sector experience is advantageous).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (SketchUp skills beneficial).
- Ability to adapt to client feedback and meet project deadlines.
- Proactive and eager to progress and develop within the industry.
- Strong ability to work independently, managing time and schedules effectively.
- Confident in working within a team environment and supporting junior staff.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
