We are working with a firm well-established in the Midlands who are looking for a conveyancing legal assistant to support the residential property team in the Leamington Spa office. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to progress a career in conveyancing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provided full support to solicitors, enabling efficient operations.
  • Managed client communications both in person and by phone.
  • Administered filing systems, including opening, closing, storing, and retrieving client files.
  • Prepared correspondence, mail, and enclosures for dispatch.
  • Handled diary management and coordinated scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
  • Transcribed audio dictation and dealt with routine client correspondence and queries.
  • Performed additional duties as required.

What we need from you:

  • Relevant exposure to a residential conveyancing department
  • Highly organised, methodical and adaptable
  • Good communication skills via telephone and face to face
