SF Recruitment are currently working with an exciting, highly reputable and well established technology business based in the heart of Leamington. We are recruiting a payroll and contracts assistant to work on part time basis for a 12 month contract which is likely to extend. A good understanding of all Payroll process is necessary and your daily responsibilities will include uploading all employee payroll data, processing starters and leavers, salary amendments, inbox management and query resolution. You will be providing a link between the external provider of contractors and be the main point of contact for any queries in relation to the hiring of external contractors. Further more you will obtain approvals for all new external contractors, liaise with external provider to onboard new external contractors. You will assist with completion and approval of timesheets and respond to external contractor queries.
