Job Summary:A Solicitor firm is seeking a Compliance Administrator to support compliance with regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. You will maintain accurate records, conduct compliance checks, and assist with audits to ensure the firm operates within legal and ethical boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate compliance records.
  • Conduct compliance checks and audits, addressing any issues.
  • Assist in preparing reports for regulatory bodies.
  • Stay informed about changes to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support compliance policy development and implementation.
  • Deliver training to staff on compliance requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the Compliance Manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with compliance software is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, AML, or SRA standards is desirable.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a compliance or administrative role, ideally within a legal or regulated environment.
