Our Client is looking for an experienced PDI and they hold distribution rights for DN Solutions and Zayer Machine Tools in the UK . Catering to a diverse range of manufacturing businesses by offering comprehensive CNC machine tools and automation solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
Our machines, including lathes and machining centres, are widely utilized in various manufacturing companies, exemplifying our extensive presence in the industry. Areas of manufacturing covered include:
- Aerospace
- Power generation
- Motorsport
- Oil and gas
- Medical
- Automotive
- Precision component manufacture
The Pre Delivery Inspection department is an integral part of the Clients delivery process. Using their engineering skills our team of PDI Engineers check functionality of all new machines and fit accessories to meet customer requirements.
What youll be doing:
- Completing machine pre-delivery inspections to an agreed specification, recording measurements and completing documentation
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the Clients and DN Solutions product range
- To continually review new products and systems and highlight to the Management any inherent quality issues.
- To complete mechanical/electrical interface work in the workshop and showroom facilities to an agreed specification and maintain documentation in a professional manner.

Skills or Qualifications for the role:
- Mechanical fitting skills: essential
- Electrical fitting skills: essential
- Must be able to read electrical drawings
- IT literacy: essential
- Knowledge of CNC Machine Tool Controls: Strongly preferred
