Job Title: Procurement Manager

Location: Warwick/Hybrid

Duration: 6 months initially

The role:

You will be responsible for market engagement, defining package strategies in collaboration with stakeholders, developing ITT documents and running the procurement process through to award. This includes framework call-offs and market competition.

Responsibilities:

Own and lead the end-to-end procurement of FEED and enabling packages, primarily professional & technical services (eg: engineering design, lands & environmental studies, project services).

Ensure compliance with UCR / PA 2023 procurement regulations and procurement governance & process.

Work collaboratively with project team, supply chain and business stakeholders to ensure best value outcomes.

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.

Work pro-actively in a fast-paced project environment with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

Experience in construction / infrastructure / major projects procurement

Strong understanding of the end-to-end capital project lifecycle and the role of procurement in adding value and mitigating project risk.

Strong understanding of regulated procurement processes (UCR/PA 2023)

Experience with engagement of professional / technical services using NEC4 PSC/TSC contracts

Knowledge of the Development Consent Order process is desirable
