The Company

Think are working with a leading Warwickshire based regional contractor, they are a family business that has been operating for over 100 years and maintain an excellent reputation within the construction industry. This has been forged by making reliable and long term decisions for both their clients and their own people. They specialise in projects up to and around 30m, based around the Warwickshire.

The role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be based out of the Rugby office with regular travel to sites around the local area assisting the Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor along with bid teams on the respective projects. You will participate in pre-construction activities, such as "Build it in a Day," to support the project team and bid leader along with advising them on subcontractor selection, package scopes, and preliminary works.

What they're looking for

You either have completed or be in the advanced stage of a Quantity Surveying degree. A firm understanding of construction and commercial management, have strong analytic skills and good communication skills.
