In this role, you will independently manage a caseload of residential property transactions, providing exceptional service to clients while working within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Drafting contracts, reviewing title documents and handling all aspects of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients, estate agents and other third parties
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and company standards
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members when needed
