Due to continued success in their Lettings department, an opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Manager to join their vibrant and very busy Leamington Spa branch. Lettings Manager
Location: Leamington Spa

£30,000 to £35,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
A day in the life of a Lettings Manager

Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
-
Maximise the overall income and profitability to the lettings department
-
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
-
Manage and undertake a full life cycle process from appraisal to move-in and thereafter
-
Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
-
Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
-
Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies

Drive the lettings team whilst leading from the front and meeting all targets

Leading daily meetings
-
Coaching, training and developing the team to achieve KPI’s

Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)

Actively encourage your teams development and progression
Essential Skills of a Lettings Manager

Full UK Driving Licence
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Lettings Negotiator position or higher

Team player who works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment

Excellent organisational skills

Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other

The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch

A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 17:30
1 in 4 Saturday's: 09:00 to 14:00
