Property Manager – Leamington Spa – up to £30,000
Our client’s have been established for over 40 years and have provided both Sales and Lettings services throughout the Leamington, Warwick and Kenilworth areas and due to continued growth in the market they are looking for a Property Manager for their branch in Leamington Spa.
Job Responsibilities:
·Dealing with tenants references
·Preparing tenancy agreements and associated paperwork
·Answering the telephone
·Dealing with customers face to face
·Responding to general enquiries by phone and e-mail
·Handling landlord and tenant queries.
·Processing tenancy applications
·Handling maintenance queries and dealing with contractors
·Preparing property folders for new tenancies
·Registering deposits
Skills and attributes required:
·Articulate and with good written and communication skills
·Good telephone manner ·Strong organisational skills
·Meticulous attention to detail
·Excellent ICT skills essential in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, e-mail & databases
·Friendly, approachable, polite and well spoken
·Able to deal with complaints in a calm and professional manner
·Smart and well presented
·Good knowledge of local area
