Job Title:Senior IFA Administrator

Location:Leamington Spa

Benefits:

  • Holiday 23 days plus statutory public holidays. Increasing to 26 days + SPH after 5 years, and 29 days + SPH after 10 years.

Our clients are currently seeking an experiencedSenior IFA Administratorto join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in an IFA practice and proven expertise using IO (Intelligent Office) client database systems.

What Your Day-to-Day Duties Will Include:
As a member of the client support team, you will work closely with one adviser, providing comprehensive administrative and client support. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing for client meetings, including gathering necessary documentation and conducting research for report preparation.
  • Submitting new business applications on and off platforms.
  • Managing income payments and withdrawals.
  • Handling ad-hoc queries from clients or advisers.
  • Supporting a varied caseload covering pensions, investments, and protection products.

Skills and Experience Required for This Role:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in an IFA practice.
  • Proficiency with IO (Intelligent Office) client database.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
