Member Services Coordinator
Location: Leamington Spa (Hybrid Working Model)
Salary: £22K - £25K (DOE) plus excellent benefits
Hours: 35 hrs per week (9 AM - 5 PM)
Start Date: 25th November 2024

We are seeking a Member Services Coordinator to work closely with the Head of Operations & Member Services, helping to develop and market a range of services to invitation only member firms. This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative and professional environment where no two days are the same.
What You'll Do:
- Support the Development & Marketing of services to member firms, aligning with the business's Operational Plan.
- Coordinate Specific Services, ensuring smooth delivery and satisfaction.
- Research & Introduce New Products/Services to benefit members.
- Collaborate with the Executive Team on various initiatives, including marketing materials, event planning, and more.
- Assist in organising key events, including the Annual Conference & Awards.
- Gather usage stats and prepare reports.
Who We're Looking For:
- Excellent communicator- both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skillsand attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy, with solid IT skills(familiarity with O365 is a plus).
- Strong research & problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign is desirable, but training can be provided.
