The role requires a valid Forklift Reach licence and proven experience as a Warehouse Operative or in a similar position.
Daily responsibilities include operating forklifts, loading and unloading goods, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
The position offers a salary of £24K, along with opportunities for training, development, and career advancement.
Additional benefits include 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in the logistics sector for a skilled Warehouse Operative. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual who has a valid Forklift Reach licence and is looking to advance their career in a dynamic warehouse environment, based in Leamington Spa.

Day-to-day of the role:

Operate forklift equipment to move and stack materials within the warehouse.
Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring accurate and safe handling.
Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and sorting of products.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company and safety standards.
Conduct inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Valid Forklift Reach licence is essential.
Proven experience as a Warehouse Operative or similar role.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations.
Excellent team working and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory logs and records.
