Role:
Our client, a large Real Estate and Property firm, are looking to recruit an immediate, Management Accountant for a 6 month fixed term contract. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Completion of balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring compliance with the UK&I reconciliation requirements, and drive accuracy in financial reporting by proactively ensuring reviewer recommendations are implemented.
- Perform Month-End Close activities, including the calculation, review and processing of all accruals, prepayments, revenue related transactions across customer contracts.
- Balance sheet control activities, including preparation of prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, contract receivables, provisions.
- Income Statement control activities, including analytical review procedures, customer profitability analysis, payroll review, overhead management.
- Support the external audit, Group and UK&I internal audits and Financial Controls & Assurance reviews
Profile:
The successful temporary, Management Accountant will be industry trained with some good experience producing a full set of Management Accounts. The role is open to part qualified, finalist level and fully qualified candidates.
You must be either immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.
Client:
Our client is a Facilities Management firm based in Weybridge. You will work 3 days per week from their office and 2 days from home.
Salary & Benefits:
This immediate, temporary Management Accountant role will be paying circa £50,000 - £55,000 per annum pro rata. This is dependant on experience.
