A Housing provider in Surrey is looking for an Interim Management Accountant on a 6-month contract to take the lead in preparing key financial information and supporting budget holders in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will:
- Lead on the preparation of management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting information
- Provide crucial financial data to support Finance Business Partners
- Partner with budget holders to conduct monthly management information meetings
- Assist with financial analysis to drive informed decision-making
The successful applicant will have Housing sector experience and be at least part-qualified as an accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong financial management skills to start immediately and hit the ground running.
The role requires just two days per week in the office in Surrey, with an immediate start available.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a solid background in management accounting within the Housing sector
- Be at least part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) and confident in financial management tasks
- Have strong interpersonal skills to effectively partner with budget holders and business stakeholders
