Robert Half Office Team are currently recruiting for a Interim Document Administrator based in Richmond (5 days per week on site), for at least a month and could possibly extend.
Duties:
- Updating and revising contracts
- Re-formatting documents and contracts
- Applying new logos / new names to contracts and documents
Required:
- Previous document experience
- Experience with re-formatting and applying logos etc to contracts & documents
- A Microsoft Word genius
Candidate:
- Great attention to detail
- Great Word skills
- Formatting skills
- Document experience
Key Points:
- 5 days per week in the office
- Based in Richmond
- 1 month initially, possibility to extend
- Starting ASAP
- Need Immediately Available candidates
