- Normal working hours 7:30am - 5:30pm
Responsibilities and Duties
- Carry out routine servicing/maintenance to fleet of machines
- Attend site for break downs and diagnose and rectify issue on machines
- Methodical approach to problem solving
- Ensure damage repairs are processed and reported to plant department
- Ordering and managing parts for stock and maintenance
- Record keeping of all maintenance work carried out on sites to be logged
- Complete tasks on site in accordance with H & S guidelines
- Perform duties in a safe and professional manner
- Travel between home and yard to sites where necessary
- Some vehicle maintenance required where necessary
Qualifications and Skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
- High standards, flexibility, and attention to detail
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Engineering
- Experience in Hydraulics, Diesel Engines, Crushing or Screening equipment preferred
