The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • Experience working in a GMP/GLP environment.
  • Proficiency in various microbiological methods, such as bioburden testing, bacterial endotoxin testing, and microbial isolation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Enthusiastic with a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Excellent prioritization skills, as this role is multi-functional.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and reliable.
