A leading Technology MSP based in Surrey (near to Guildford/Dorking/Farnham) are seeking a Service Delivery Manager contractor to join the team on a 4-5 month contract basis, Outside IR35.
The role will be hybrid working (3 x days on site, 2 x days remote).

Service Delivery Manager Key Skills Required:
- MSP/Consultancy/Service integrator industry experience
- Service management
- Client relationship management
- Team management - extensive managerial capacity as you will be overseeing a team of 6
- Process improvement
- Reporting/documentation
- Problem management and resolution
