We are currently working with a family run business who specialise in international removals. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Move Manager for their team based in Surrey.

As the Customer Service Move Manager, you will be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them throughout their move, from the point of booking up to delivery.

You will be dealing with any issues or complaints that arise such as claims for lost or damaged items, building strong relationships and ensuring customer expectations are being met throughout the move process.

Other duties of the Customer Service Move Manager:

  • Oversee the logistics of each move such as packing, loading, transportation, and unloading, to ensure a smooth transition for the client.
  • Collect custom documents and ensure they are suitable for shipping.
  • Ensure customers are aware and understand their role with the move and any requirements.
  • Collaborate with both the operations and admin teams regarding the move process, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, including contracts, invoices, and other relevant documents.

The successful Customer Service Move Manager will have previous experience working within a customer service-related position, and ideally, a background working within the Removals industry, but this is not essential.

You will need to have excellent communications skills and a good phone manner.
