I am currently in need of an Office Manager to join a main contractor based in Surrey / South West London. The main contractor specialise in commercial, & public sector projects ranging in value from 2 to 20 million.

Job Title: Office manager

Job duration: PERM

Job Location: Surrey

The candidate duties will include -

Management of all filing for the commercial department
Management of all warranty packages
Putting together commercial packages for tender submissions
Management and updating off all payment trackers
Payment applications
