Description

  • Build a solid understanding of business performance to identify growth areas.
  • Support business reviews with key customers preparing insights and recommendations driving overall performance.
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers and wider teams to understand and align on product strategies.
  • Identify the commercial gaps in the monthly sales performance taking the necessary actions to rectify.
  • Supervise execution of the European promotions.
  • Develop strategies and plans to open up new channels to support category goals commercially.
  • Drive the recruitment of new partners in finding new routes to market whilst defining the collaborations at a local level.
  • Responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly reports meeting deadlines.
  • Monitor trends and developments in the European retail landscape to uncover new business opportunities.

Profile

  • Demonstrated ability in a European commercial/product management role
  • Solid understanding of the retail landscape across Europe
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to network and handle a set of diverse team members
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Passionate about technology and wanting to make a difference
