The role:

  • We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Brand to drive brand plans and strategy to ensure delivery of growth
  • Full responsibility for strategic planning, marketing activation, innovation and developing the Marketing Vision across this brand
  • Lead, develop and motivate a team of 4 direct reports
  • Live and breathe the brand vision acting as a key strategic and commercial brand owner in the business

Ideal candidate:

  • Classically trained marketer with experience within a branded FMCG environment operating at a senior marketing level
  • Strong experience of working cross-functionally and leading an organisation to work to one growth agenda
  • Evidence of developing strong brand strategies as well as delivering plans to execute them
  • Excellent leadership experience across both of people and strategies
  • Experience operating in a full marketing mix capacity is essential
  • A commercially and analytically aware individual, comfortable developing and presenting business case, turning data into recommendations
  • Experience of brand P&L value management experience, able to demonstrate good commercial judgement is a must
