A you looking for an exciting and rewarding career in enforcement? Standford and Green are seeking a Certificated Enforcement Agent (CEA) to join our dynamic team. As a CEA, you will play a critical role in enforcing Liability orders, warrants of control and commercial rent arrears and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforcement of court orders by taking control of goods or securing payments.
  • Negotiating with debtors to arrange payment plans or settlements, ensuring a fair and just resolution.
  • Handling sensitive situations with professionalism, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all collections are documented in compliance with industry standards.
  • Working closely with clients, ensuring timely execution of enforcement orders.

Requirements:

  • Certificated Enforcement Agent level 2 qualification but not essential as full training will be provided to the right applicant.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations (e.g., Taking Control of Goods regulations).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Driving license.
